瓷片電容中,有分三種特性,Y5P;Y5U;Y5V,特性不同,對(duì)應(yīng)的工作溫度也會(huì)不同。詳見(jiàn)下圖。

瓷片電容用Y5U及Y5P特性的,變化率為 22%-65% 。用Y5V特性的,變化率為 30%-80% 。-25℃ ~ 85℃ 都是瓷片電容的工作溫度。意思就是瓷片電容可以在兩種極端的溫度下工作。不受影響。
The change rate of Y5U and Y5P is 22% - 65%. With Y5V characteristic, the change rate is 30% - 80%. -25 ℃ ~ 85 ℃ are the working temperature of ceramic capacitor. This means that ceramic capacitors can work at two extreme temperatures. Not affected.
超過(guò)瓷片電容的工作溫度范圍使用,就是超過(guò)-40℃~+85℃這個(gè)溫度會(huì)怎樣呢?如果超過(guò),使用壽命會(huì)縮短。
If the temperature exceeds the working temperature range of ceramic capacitor, that is, it is over - 40 ℃ ~ + 85 ℃. What will happen to this temperature? If exceeded, the service life will be shortened.
工作溫度過(guò)高或過(guò)低時(shí),如果瓷片電容容量下降過(guò)多,就會(huì)影響性能,造成失效。電容器通常并不會(huì)壞,而是出現(xiàn)失效狀況,沒(méi)法工作。建議是在相對(duì)常溫環(huán)境下使用。
When the working temperature is too high or too low, if the capacitance of the ceramic chip drops too much, it will affect the performance and cause failure. Capacitors are usually not broken, but fail to work. It is recommended to be used at relatively normal temperature.
