1.應用范圍不同

安規電容主要為為X電容和Y電容。

像X類安規電容，一般都安裝在塑膠外殼內，普通的CBB電容，多數都是環氧樹脂包封。

3.認證不同。
Certification is different.
普通的CBB類電容，它不需要過任何認證，但安規電容一般要過很多認證，比如CQC、VDE、 UL、CUL等，而且過的認證越多越好。

4.價格不同。

同容量、同電壓，安規電容相對要貴一些，因為這些電容每年要花大量的認證費用，而且制作工藝也不同。
