薄膜電容器紋波電流更高？

　　這是一個參照物的問題，薄膜電容器如果和普通的鋁電解電容器相比確實是這樣，但是，實際上在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域和新能源領(lǐng)域，一般有經(jīng)驗的工程師會選用較大紋波電流的支鏈型有機酸體系的工業(yè)電容器。

　　薄膜電容器的標準是60度的溫度下的紋波電流，我們以常用的4700uf鋁電解舉例，如果是工業(yè)用的電解電容器，紋波電流標準一般在15.4左右，如果在70度下，選用有機酸體系產(chǎn)品，紋波電流會乘以2.3倍，同時在乘以1.35倍的修正系數(shù)，基本在48A左右，不是通常所說的15A,所以和薄膜電容器基本在相近的水平線上。

　　同樣是用了普通的85度2000小時的標準的鋁電解電容器做比較，但實際上在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域尤其是在新能源領(lǐng)域，有經(jīng)驗的工程師一般會選用105度5000小時的工業(yè)極電解電容器產(chǎn)品，如果實際實用環(huán)境溫度在45度，則使用壽命在40年，如果使用溫度在55度，則使用壽命在20年，即使使用溫度到65度也可使用10年，完全可以滿足客戶壽命要求。
